    I've got a number of goals for June.

    Daily: A minimum of 12K steps and 10K aerobic steps every single day.
    Monthly: I'm shooting for roughly a 10% increase in my cumulative totals from the month of May.
    500,000 steps; 360,000 aerobic steps (3000 minutes); 230 miles [corrected 6/6]
    Other: Complete at least two 10-mile walks during the month. (I'm thinking about signing up for a walking half-marathon in the fall.)

    6/01: 17,754 steps; 11,873 aerobic steps (100 minutes); 8.12 miles
    6/02: 23,109 steps; 22,025 aerobic steps (185 minutes); 10.57 miles
    6/03: 12,428 steps; 10,780 aerobic steps ( 90 minutes); 5.68 miles
    6/04: 17,028 steps; 13,540 aerobic steps (114 minutes); 7.79 miles
    6/05: 17,761 steps; 11,339 aerobic steps ( 95 minutes); 8.12 miles
    6/06: 16,126 steps; 10,273 aerobic steps ( 85 minutes); 7.38 miles

    6-Day Total: 104,206 steps; 79,830 aerobic steps (669 minutes); 47.66 miles
    6-Day Goal: 100,000 steps; 72,000 aerobic steps (600 minutes); 46.00 miles

    As of 20% of the way through the month, I'm 6 for 6 on both daily goals, and am on track for all of my monthly goals. Haven't done a 10-mile walk yet - maybe this weekend.

    Thank you! It's amazing what a little determination can do. I was so close to going over 15,000 steps that I went out before going to bed and walked around the yard in my nightgown and flip flops to get those last 600 steps. :laugh:

    do you track your steps as excersise on your MFP or is more just of making your self more active?

    For me its about being more active. Tracking my steps gets me to take the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away or take a walk after dinner rather than sit in front of the TV. If I take a long walk I do track that as minutes walking.

    My Daily Challenge+20,000 steps

    I count all my steps. I put my pedometer in my pocket when I get dressed in the morning to walk the dogs and keep it with me all day until bedtime........I record my exercise based on the calorie count from my heart rate monitor.

    June 4-20,485----I had to walk and jog around in the house at the end of the day to get to my goal :laugh:
    June 5--20,110---once again I walked and jogged around the living room at the end of the day:laugh:
    June 6--40,047---not my all time record, but close :bigsmile:

    Goal is for over 12,000 per day. Had a good weekend because I went camping and we did a lot of walking.

    Nice streak you have going there! (I like how you even got 10K steps on your "lazy day"! You must have a different definition of lazy than the rest of the world.)

    Daily goal is 10,000 steps. Average goal this month is 11,000. Does not include cardio exercises.

    6/1 - 7359 no excuse - need to get on my feet
    6/2 - 12,403 - morning walk
    6/3 - 11,184 - morning walk, light gardening
    6/4 - 10,282 - Walked doggie at 9:30 because I was short on steps.
    6/5 - 11,582 - morning walk - evening pacing
    6/6 - 8,597 - disappointing

    Good work! I find that I put in the extra effort to get more steps just because I want to report it here.

    I am being much better at being over 10,000 every day - one more day and it will be a full week!
