    No loss for me this week. Not too disappointed though as I only weighed on Friday and I was down two then so won't give up just yet :smile:

    OK- So I admit I weigh myself ALOT!!! Deal with it, it helps keep me on track!

    June 6th: 132.6 (it was a gain but i was expecting it, if you're on my friends list you'll know i had a rough weekend which completely threw me off. Today I've finally started to get my positive energy back and I plan to start back on working out full force as of next week! I'm not giving up!!)

    OK here goes ... I'm a bit late since it's already the 7th, I would be chuffed with 2 pounds to be honest as it's been a shaky start to the month (music festival = hotdogs and beers!) but I'll aim for 3 to be ambitious!

    SW: 164 (a while ago - im actually new to this so:)
    CW: 150 (or I was on Monday, thats when I weigh!)
