    Woohoo! First real scale movement downward in a month!!

    My 4th half marathon went amazingly well (the first one where I will weigh under 200 pounds) where I shaved 14 minutes off my PB (personal best). What a difference 30 pounds makes!

    Wow I am shocked that I lost .2 in a week. Very discouraging for sure. I went from eating everything horrible to eating 1290 net a day and only lost .2lbs :(
    I guess on the up side I have only been back on track for 11 days and in that time have lost 2.8lbs so maybe that evens it out.
