    I've plateau'd the last 2-3 months. I hope this will help get me back on track!

    SW: 239 (heaviest ever, last year)
    CW: 208.6
    GW: 203.6 (for this month) 205 was my original goal when I joined the site
    UGW: under 200 (havent been under 200 since my college days 15+ years ago)
    Weigh-in days:

    June 8 - 204.2 (4.4lb loss)
    June 15 -
    June 22 -
    June 29 -

    So yeah, I've had an exhausting week but it paid off!

    No movement... well kind of no movement. I actually went up to 152 earlier in the week (after a lot of pizza) and then got back down to my weight last week. I've GOT to stick to the plan this week. Really want to meet this five pound goal.

    I am so happy that not only did I lose the weight I gained last weekend but that I also lost a pound. Now it is the weekend again I am praying for self control. I use to not be so bad on the weekends but lately I have been so I am using this challenge as a kick in the butt to stay good on the weekends. BTW I am in need of more friends (disclaimer: I don't comment everyday when you stay under your calories or don't have a major workout but I will comment when you've lost weight, logged in for a significant amount of days or just have something to say)
