No change since last week, but I was adjusting to my new physically laborious job. I'm back into working out, and I get my first paycheck today meaning I can buy some yummy healthy food! I'm hoping this week will be better, I'm going to restrict myself to one pop this entire weekend and then none after the weekend. No ice cream, or high carb snacks. I will be 135lbs by July 1st!0 -
I know I'm starting late, but I need something other than my own (sometimes crumbling) motivation to help me shed these last few pounds!

My 4th half marathon went amazingly well (the first one where I will weigh under 200 pounds) where I shaved 14 minutes off my PB (personal best). What a difference 30 pounds makes!
After so long without scale movement it is hard to believe!0 -

I've been looking for this thread for ages! I used to do these challenges 2 years ago when I lost a lot of weight I wanted to rejoin now that I've restarted.

I will weigh myself on Mondays for this month:
5/28: 140.6
6/4: 136.4 lost a lot in one week but that is partly due to being sick.
6/11 140.0 Had a very tough week but it's my fault, I ate whatever I wanted and didn't stick to it at all. Can anyone give me advice on staying on target when you get to a low amount of weight because every time I get to a good weight which makes me happy i cheat really bad.
