    Week # 1 -- June 4th -- Goal 400minutes:

    Mon: 60 minutes of Zumba, 5 minutes stat bike, 15 minutes treadmill (80 minutes total)
    Tue: 65 minutes Zumba, 40 minutes treadmill (105 minutes total)
    Wed: 60 minutes with trainer (various and sundry things meant to try to kill me)
    Thur: 80 minutes Zumba
    Fri: 90 minutes Zumba
    Sat: 60 minutes of Zumba, 15 minutes of stat bike (75 minutes total)
    Sun:

    Total/Min Left: 490/ +90

    Yessssssssssss I'm in. May's Move-it was my first time and it was AWESOME. I increased my daily workout time to about 60+ mins almost everyday of the week. So I'm ready for JUNE :drinker:

    Tuesday- Absolute Body Conditioning- 60 minutes
    Wednesday- zumbz 60 minutes, zumba tone 30minutes, total 80 minutes
    Thursday- no exercise
    Friday- Dance and Jam- 60 minutes, elliptical- 20 minutes, weights-10 minutes, dog walking- 35 minutes,
    Total 125 minutes
    Saturday-no exercise
    Sunday -60 minutes of spinning

    Total- 405

    Well, I made my goal, but I did have 2 days of no exercise. Unfortunately, once in awhile life gets in the way! I will try to do better next week!

    May was fun...I'm in for June! Husband's family reunion coming up July 13th--15th. Six weeks from now. I will be down at least 10 pounds by then. Must get into my skinny jeans!

  • Count me in! This may just be what I need to get motivated to get up & MOVE!

    Week # 1 -- June 4th -- Goal 200 minutes:

    Mon: 10 minutes (rode 1 very hilly mile & it kicked my butt & left me frustrated the rest of the day! I was hoping to do 3 miles. I guess even though you never forget how to ride a bike, it isn't always as easy as it was when you were younger! :(
    Tue: 30 Minutes--Just Dance 2! What a sweat I've worked up all while having fun with my girlies!
    Wed: 30 Minutes--Walking the dog and playing outside with the kids! I haven't jump roped in a long time and forgot how much fun it was!
    Thur: 55 minutes (20-walking the dog & 35 hiking nature trails with the kiddies)
    Fri: 50 Minutes--mowing the lawn
    Sat: 30 Minutes--Sweating & Dancing to Just Dance 3
    Sun: 50 Minutes--Brisk 3.5 mile walk with my daughter

    Total / min left: 255 / +55 minutes

    YAY! Exceeded my first weeks' goal! Gonna try for 300 minutes this week!
