    Made it this morning-- 1 cup cottage cheese, 1 egg, handful of fresh chopped spinach, pepper+terragon. 400F, 35 minutes.

    It's very tasty, but mine also turned out a bit watery. Definitely as filling as my usual 3-egg scramble.

    Oh great! Thanks for your reply! I am definitely going to try this on the weekend I think! How many calories is it per serving then on average? I guess I can find that out for myself though as I am making it and I may put in different 'extras'. THANKS :flowerforyou:
