    love? meh, not so much, not from sight alone.... I think you fall in love with the person, not so much the looks, so I'd agree with lust.

    Love, no. Lust, yes. Sometimes that lust blends into love. Sometime that lust blends into a giant *kitten* that is gonna screw you over. It's all just a crapshoot.

    No. Infatuation at first sight, yes. It can lead to love but most often it just leads to disappointment. I have a good man now but we'll see how long it takes for him to get bored of me like the others. *sigh*

    Isn't that a bit of a defeatist, self fulfilling prophecy type attitude? If he is a good guy... You shouldn't expect him to leave. Then you have no one to blame but yourself when he does.

    This.. True love builds over time as 2 individuals get to know each other. There might be a connection, a spark, a "HEY NOW", but I believe that true love happens over time.
