These are great challenges! I did them all last summer and noticed great results (especially from the squats). After just having a baby I decided I wanted to try the push up and squat challenge again.

Here are the links for more details about the 6 week programs...pick what one or all of them that you would like to do.

    pushups-2
    Yea I suck...Rank 1 for sure...That 2 was regular push ups though, it says to do your inital test with them. I can do like 7 girl ones though.

    Squats-50
    Rank Excellent. Im way better at these than the others

    Situps- 25
    Rank Poor:( I prob could have done 35 but I am sore from doing a lot of them yesterday after a while of not doing them.

    Great challenge! I am looking for one day of body weight strength training so this could be my new plan for most Wednesdays. I will post results after initial tests.

    100 Russian Twists (not situps)

    I will see if I can do 200 squats and 200 Russian Twists tomorrow!
