These are great challenges! I did them all last summer and noticed great results (especially from the squats). After just having a baby I decided I wanted to try the push up and squat challenge again.

Yea I suck...Rank 1 for sure...That 2 was regular push ups though, it says to do your inital test with them. I can do like 7 girl ones though.
Squats-50
Rank Excellent. Im way better at these than the others
Situps- 25

Great challenge! I am looking for one day of body weight strength training so this could be my new plan for most Wednesdays. I will post results after initial tests.0
