3 eggs, 2 slices quality turkey bacon, slice of toast
1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp sugar, 1 scoop of whey
THIS! I do the eggs n toast with turkey bacon, or the oatmeal not both, Except instead of whey I use 1 Tbsp sugar free honey, and I love McCann's Irish Oats...Mmm0 -
I Love, love, love OATS! Made with almond milk, seriously cant get enough.
I also enjoy egg bread (eggs and milk wisked, bread soaked in the syrup then lightly fried) - thats great when I need both carbs and a bit of protein, especially before a long run,
I also enjoy a quick bacon and egg toasted roll or sandwich.
Breakfast is always accompanied by a coffee and a large glass of water.0 -
I love bacon, but this is now reserved for Friday morings. The rest of the week it's peanut butter on toast.0
-
Oatmeal (Steel Cut when I have the time) and a sliced apple with cinnamon.
Coffee with real cream0 -
Hmm... ok well to answer the topic my ideal breakfast would be a nice omelette hashbrowns and a fluffy waffle
to answer the post: what i eat in the morning is whole grain cereal (quaker whole hearts with skim milk)
or low sugar oatmeal made with water0 -
3-4 boiled eggs (eat egg white part only)
Orange juice
Fruits0 -
Homemade smoothie, it's quick yummie and filling. Plus nice and cool after my workout and with the summer coming. For me I like to use:
1/2 bananna
4 oz strawberries
4 oz silk soy milk
optional:
greek yogurt (plain)
handful of kale
Then 4 oz ice water. Blend and I'm ready to head out the door0 -

Kashi Go Lean Crunch
Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
fresh berries
That's my favorite breakfast. The Kashi is whole grain but there's quite an amount of added sugar so I'm thinking of weaning off of it.
But I love it and it keeps me full till lunch, so I probably won't. lol.0 -
That place is just a few miles from me. I might have attacked that at one point in my life but no more, though it does look damn good.
Now i have 1 whole egg+ 2 whites omelette with spinach and cottage cheese with either 2 rashers of turkey bacon or 2 weightwatcher sausages.
I get up at about 5 am though and cant stomach food that early so wrap it foil and have it at my desk about 7.30 ish.0 -
I have 2 that I rotate between.
Omelet with 1 egg, 1/2 cup whites, spinach, red onion, red pepper and any other veg I have in the fridge, nutritional yeast and lots of sriracha OR
Oatmeal/Oat bran, chia, cooked apple, lots of cinnamon, topped with greek yogurt and PB.
Both with lots of coffee, of course.0 -
I've been having a handful of nuts - usually walnuts or something else nicely full of fibre like monkey nuts. And i'll also have a piece of fruit. But today I decided to get some of that lovely Vitamin B12 and have puffed rice with almond milk.
I also always have a cup of coffee made with hazelnut milk and brown sugar.0 -

1/4 block of firm tofu, pressed
1/2 cup baby portabella mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced tomatoes
Fresh basil
Spices, such as paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, turmeric
Low fat mozzerella or vegan cheese (whatever I have in the house)
I saute it in a tablespoon of sesame oil and eat it with a slice of toasted Ezekiel bread. So good!!0 -
My every Sunday breakfast is 2 egg yolks poached over bacon on an english muffin (100 calorie muffin) with a side of hash browns and OJ.
My weekly breakfasts are usually one of the following (all of which I think are ideal for me):
Steel cut oats with almonds and brown sugar
English muffin with PB and banana
Breakfast burrito made with turkey sausage, eggs, cheese, salsa
Breakfast pizza made with eggs, turkey sausage, cheese, hashbrowns and crescent roll crust
Oatmeal, burrito, pizza are all frozen and I can grab and go as I run out the door.0 -
Most days:
Coffee (lots)
High fiber cereal (mostly home made oat based granola)
Low fat yogurt or 1%milk
Banana
Other days (once a week or so)
What ever suits my mood - eggs, burritos, bagels etc0 -
I have a hard time eating breakfast, I just have very little appetite in the morning. I don't eat very much breakfast, this is true. I usually have either yogurt or 2 boiled eggs. with water and sometimes decaf coffee with sugar and creamer. That's it. I'm up at 6:20-6:30 every day, do my first walk of the day first thing, then have my breakfast.0

Working overtime for weeks straight leaves little time on weekday mornings for cooking breakfast, so I make white rice or oats ahead of time.
Weekdays:
Oats with cinnamon, sugar and vanilla and an apple
White rice with milk, sugar and raisins (or a side of grapes)
White rice with two scrambled eggs (with a pinch of sugar and soy sauce mixed in) on top (it's kinda like eating tamago sushi for breakfast!)
Cereal with berries
Protein shake of whatever variety I feel like that day.
with water and coffee
Weekends:
Kodiak Cakes flapjacks with a little syrup and sausage links
Sunrise Sandwich (Turkey and Egg sandwich with avocado, provolone, and a slice of tomato if I have it) on whole wheat (bread or english muffin, whichever I happen to have)
Breakfast Power Sandwich from Panera or one of my weekday options (if I'm on the go)
more coffee!0 -

This sounds good, but does that much sesame oil overwhelm the flavor of everything else?0 -
3 eggs
3 bacon
coffee + shot of espresso
I could eat this everyday forever.0 -
