Hmm.. Peaches and cream oatmeal. I'm a simple gal, like to do things in the microwave. :P

Or toast and market pantry egg substitute from Target and lots of salsa. It's the only egg substitute that I like.

Eggo waffle - the whole-grain blueberry kind. :)

And every now and then, I like to go to IHOP for one of there simple and fit meals with pancakes. Muaha!

    I am a cereal girl.
I mix ½ cup oats, ½ cup skim milk. 150g low fat low sugar fruit yoghurt . Mix it in a bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight to soak. In the morning I stick it in the microwave for 1 min. I have this at 6.30am and I don’t start to think about food again till about 11am. It is also nice cold in summer.

Crustless quiche! It lasts us 3 days, ( 6 pieces / 2) just heat up a piece, eat, and go. We wake up around 10am, we own a small business that doesnt open until noon, and we dont usually get back home and eat dinner till midnight, in bed by 2 or 3am. Odd hours, I know.

    I can't pick just one. I love:

Oatmeal with pb, strawberries and a little unrefined sugar
    Toast with PB and J
Egg burritos with salsa and cream cheese
Half a whole-wheat bagel with goat's cheese and smoked salmon
French toast sandwich with PB and J (and maybe a teeny bit of maple syrup
2 Eggs over medium, bacon and toast with butter

Its pretty much peanut butter on toast and coffee.
But some days I swap the coffee for freshly made juice I make that morning.

3 eggs, 2 slices quality turkey bacon, slice of toast
1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tsp sugar, 1 scoop of whey

THIS! I do the eggs n toast with turkey bacon, or the oatmeal not both, Except instead of whey I use 1 Tbsp sugar free honey, and I love McCann's Irish Oats...Mmm

I Love, love, love OATS! Made with almond milk, seriously cant get enough.

I also enjoy egg bread (eggs and milk wisked, bread soaked in the syrup then lightly fried) - thats great when I need both carbs and a bit of protein, especially before a long run,

I also enjoy a quick bacon and egg toasted roll or sandwich.

Breakfast is always accompanied by a coffee and a large glass of water.

Homemade smoothie, it's quick yummie and filling. Plus nice and cool after my workout and with the summer coming. For me I like to use:
    1/2 bananna
    4 oz strawberries
    4 oz silk soy milk
    optional:
    greek yogurt (plain)
    handful of kale

Then 4 oz ice water. Blend and I'm ready to head out the door :)

    Kashi Go Lean Crunch
    Plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
    fresh berries

That's my favorite breakfast. The Kashi is whole grain but there's quite an amount of added sugar so I'm thinking of weaning off of it.

But I love it and it keeps me full till lunch, so I probably won't. lol.

That place is just a few miles from me. I might have attacked that at one point in my life but no more, though it does look damn good.
Now i have 1 whole egg+ 2 whites omelette with spinach and cottage cheese with either 2 rashers of turkey bacon or 2 weightwatcher sausages.
I get up at about 5 am though and cant stomach food that early so wrap it foil and have it at my desk about 7.30 ish.
