    Okay I could not wait age 29
    squats initial test is 35 rank avg
    push ups initial test is 0 rank 1(that sucks so bad right now I used to be able to do them..I can do girl ones but I feel that is cheating)
    sit ups(will try in another week)

    So I have not been checking in everyday but I started last week with the push ups, sit ups, and squats....I just finished my first 3 day week for all 3.

    pushups---week 1 day 1-3 DONE
    situps
    week 1 day 1-3 DONE
    squats
    week 3 day 1-3 DONE (It told me to start on week 3 based on my initial results)
  • I forgot to log in my sit-ups from yesterday. W3D2 - 24 - 32 - 23 - 23 - 100. Total = 202
  • Oops....my last one wasn't from yesterday but Monday. I almost forgot to do it today!

    42 - 33 - 30 - 30 - 105 for a total of 240

    The first two were supposed to be reversed but I goofed! On to Week 4 on Friday.

    I started the hundred push up challange on Tuesday (not last Friday as planned). I started on column two and completed each set of push-ups. At the end I maxed out at 6. Anyhow today after work I will do Week 1, Day 2.

    Started this about 2 weeks ago now and could only manage 8 press ups. Did the exhaustion test today and can manage 25. Seems to be working. :)

    Well today I hit a milestone and did 20 consecutive push ups and then found this challenge - so I have decided to take on all 3 challenges. My initial test results are as follows:

    Push up - 22 reps - Rank 3
    Squat - 70 reps - Rank Excellent
    Sit ups - 70 reps - Rank Excellent

    Looking forward to starting the 6 week programme tomorrow.

    Started today and based on initial test - started on week 3 in all areas.
    My initial test results are as follows:

    Push up - 22 reps - Rank 3
    Squat - 70 reps - Rank Excellent
    Sit ups - 70 reps - Rank Excellent

    W3D1: push up - 12,17,13,13,20 = 75
    W3D1: squat - 19,24,19,19,60 = 151
    W3D1 sit up - 21,27,27,21,50 = 146
    Think I am going to enjoy this, even if it means pushing myself.:happy:

    I'm 34, I just had a baby, and I'm pretty sedentary overall but I do walk with my baby in a carrier every day. I am 5'7" and 177 lbs.


    Initial Tests:

    Squats: 70. Starting at Week 3.

    Push-ups: 8, Rank 2.

    Dips: 20. Rank 1.

    Sit ups: 30. Poor.

    It's funny how unbalanced I am there! Definitely the weakest in my most unsightly areas. Cool, I'm looking forward to making progress! When I finish, maybe I will do the pull ups!
