I have been snacking late the past two nights... I just get hungry when I stay up really late. I'm staying strong tonight!

  • WOW...newbie here but this topic seriously caught my eye! 8:20...right now. 8:20 is my cutt off. No more food. Water is good ;) Next month, I'll push it to 8pm;) No reason to be eating after 8pm, and generally anything I eat after 8...is garbage anyway :( Thanks for this...empowering, inspiring and helpful!!
  • I'm in! My cut off is 6:30 and nothing after supper, I go to bed at 8:30 so I can be up by 5:30 and do my yoga and back stretching!

I went to a wedding Dinner served at 8:30

HYP, on such occasions, you can fix a spontaneous cut-off. You should enjoy dinner whenever it's served . Concrete example: we went to friends, had dinner and then they put snacks on the table and we played some games. I decided to skip the snacking and not refill my glass past some spontaneous cut-off time (when I felt that sipping on the drink wasn't making sense anymore). Got my point? Then give yourself that point!

Though my husband had the footie on and as I am more a rugby girl, footie is so boring i did think about getting a snack, though went on line shopping instead. ooppss

I have a choccy bar in my fridge that has been open nearly a week, amazing for me.

Time flies! I haven't logged in since Wednesday. Since I have not logged anything in all that time I am giving myself demerits and putting in for:

    Me: 9
    LNS: 9

I really need to take stock of my goals as just logging things these days is a chore, let alone eating of any kind. Feeling sorry for myself :(

Made it another night without snacking =) Not eating after dinner is slowly getting easier and easier.

My cut off time is 7 PM. It is pretty hard, but like anything, totally do-able.

Please count me in. This is my biggest downfall. I reach for anything while watching tv at night. I will set my cut-off at 8 p.m. and hopefully can move it to 7 p.m. eventually. Thank you for letting me participate!
  • I need to try this.
My cut off time will be 9:00.
    thanks

I just found this board and boy is this for me. I am a late night snacker and all through the night snacker. I get up in the middle of the night to snack which is why I have a time frame on my diary from midnight to 6 a.m. so I can keep track of my snacking in the middle of the night. That being said I will commit to not eating in the middle of the night and then hopefully in a few weeks I can set a time to stop in the evenings.
