    I'll do it! Next week I'm headed out of town for 2 weeks. I'm planning on signing up short term for a gym at the place I'll be staying, but since it's a "work experience" sort of trip I'm not sure how much time I'll get to actually go. So, might as well make this week count!

    From an HRM. Or enter your exercise on MFP and it calcs it for you, although it is typically high. Good luck!
