Fairly new to MFP, joined just before my hols to get me on track when I got back.
Spotted this post and thought ohh that sounds good but a lot of calories, however, checked back on last 7 days and without even trying to aim for 3500 I've burnt off 3378!!
So can I please join this my aim starting from 25th is 3500
