HI,
I am 5'4 and half.....
Last year before I started MFP I was 190-200lbs
starting MFP in February I was 180lbs
CW today is 137lbs
GW is 135lbs but may continue
43 lbs lost!
Size 16 to size 6 and it feels great. (and some of my size 6 are getting too loose) It has been motivation, dedication to MFP, some hard work on the Treadmill and a little creative meal planning that has worked for me. I have had some very frustrating days (weeks when the scale did not move and some rewarding days when it dropped dramatically.....but the constant has been entering everything I eat and drink so I am accountable. I have not done much on the forums as I only discovered them awhile ago...I do look and get tips and answers to questions. Good luck to you and if you need friends to help fell free to add me.0 -

Starting weight 247 lbs and size 20 CDN
CW 157 lbs and size 60 -
My highest weight ever was about 224. I started here around 209. I am currently bouncing between 155 and 160.
I've really cleaned up my diet, didn't eat bread for over a year, no sodas for almost 2 years now, boosted my protein and drink 1-1.5 gallons of water per day.
However, i have also gone from being mostly sedentary to being a gym fiend - i have a personal trainer, and i lift weights 8-9 hours per week, plus about 6 hours of varied cardio. And now that it is summer time, i am swimming a couple of hours a week.
I went from a size 18 to a loose size 8, can wear 4s and 6s in some brands. I also had a lower body lift in March, which did wonders for my self esteem. The surgeon took off 6 pounds of excess skin, but i did not need any lipo at all.
I am 43, and i've had 7 babies.
My husband has been so motivated by my transformation, he has dropped 80 pounds and looks even better than when we met almost 20 years ago.
If i can do it, so can you!0 -
I am 5'4" and my starting weight was 199. I am now 183. Not success story, but I am losing. Goal weight is 150, maybe a bit less. One pound/One day at a time. I already feel better. Good to know we are in this together.0

I'm 5'2 and was 256 at my wedding 6 years ago - i'm now 144 with a goal weight of 130.
I discovered spinning 2 years ago and that really set me on the path that I'm on today -it's intensity level is what it took to keep me motivated and making progress. Keep on going! It's not easy at all - but it's 50% what you lose (weight/body fat) and 50% what you gain (confidence, self-worth/self-love, positive connections). Good luck!0 -
I am 5'4, was 188 lbs:flowerforyou: & I am 73 years old, cannot exercise too easily due to severe arthritis.Thought I was too "old"to lose weight. I cut out all junk(ice cream, candy bars) and just ate 1/2 of my regular foods-do water aerobics(sometimes!) and after 11 months have lost 35 lb .keep going you will be AMAZED at how great you feel with a 30 lb loss.good luck0

Highest weight ever (that I stepped on a scale to see): 216
SW with MFP this past Jan 30th: 205
CW: 162
GW: 140...then 130
I finally added some strength training into my regimen (30 Day Shred). Even though I hung on the lbs for a few weeks while my body adjusted, I dropped inches for sure. I'm also starting to drop some of the lbs now that my body is use to the strength training. I have a family beach vacation starting August 4th and I'm really aiming to be at 155 or lower. I think it's possible!0 -
