MFP SW: 225
CW: 167, size 12/Large
GW: 145-150, size 8/Medium - I think (I've never been less than 157 as an adult and I can't wait to see what it looks like!)

I'm 5'5" and started higher than that but
HW 243 (Dec 2010) - Possibly higher, but I didn't weigh myself much...
SW 233 (Aug 2011)
Under 200 - 12/8/11
CW 173
GW 150 - Might seem high, but last time I weighed this my BF% was like 19 & I wore a size 6, which I think is a great size to be.
i'm 5'5'' (and 1/2) i started at 210, and am at 178. my goal is 150 as well. i'm not into being super skinny, but single digit sizes!! perhaps that will change as i get closer, but one step at a time.0 -
One inch too short, but started at 208. Now down at 176 six months later. Goal Weight is 160, so I'm getting there.

Wow, you truly look awesome!! I am 5'4.5", my SW was 217 and my CW is 208, I started near the beginning of this month.
It's nice to know normal people just like me can make it! I do always wonder how much time is soent at the gym/running.
I care for my hubby and have 2 children so tend to have to do a lot of workout dvd's- Is it possible to get to my end goal this way??
(I'm assuming the Jillian Michaels pictures were just the last few?)
Feel free to add me so we motivate eachother!0 -
Hi there...I started my weightloss journey not long afte having my second child.....one week after delivery I was at 185. Dropped down to about 175 before joining MFP and took on running. I've dropped significantly since then by keeping my running days sacred (I don't make an excuse not to run, and eating cleaner). If I have a craving I still have some of it. I do not deprive myself of anything except SODA. I stopped drinking everything. The only things I drink are coffee, water and milk.
SW 185 (end of January 2012)
CW 156 (end of June 2012)
GW 135 (whenever it happens....pushing for October 2012)
Feel free to add me.0 -

Yes! Before I started my job, my only exercise was walking and I was losing a 1-2 lbs per week doing that and staying under my calorie goal. I just recently, within the last few months, started the Jillian workouts and running.0
