as for me, I usually make a smoothie
1 banana
quarter cup of mixed fruits
Scoop or two of whey
an egg or two
and a tablespoon of almond butter0 -
I heat tinned chopped tomatoes, lentils or black beans, spinach and fresh chili in a pan - crack in a couple of eggs then cover and cook until eggs are done to your liking. Eggs and chili - yum.0
