My diary is open to my friends - it makes me think twice about my choices some days, and I find that helpful.
I will often look at my friends' diaries because I'm curious, but I wouldn't critique or offer advice unless asked. If an entry looks particularly healthy and/or delicious, I'll say so, but always keep it positive. Sometimes I'll ask about a food item I'm interested in trying for myself.
That's it. No negative judgement, and that's what I expect in return.

I agree with you, 100%. My diet has also consisted of mostly fast foods for many years. I have been making the switch to healthier foods and smaller portions. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day has also proven difficult for me.

I think you are a beautiful woman and if you ever need encouragement or inspiration I am always available to help!
Good luck on your weight-loss journey.

Well I like having my diary open but for someone to tell me what to eat and not eat is what the deal is. I'm an adult and will eat what I want.
