    So far my totals are:

    Monday - 295 running
    Tuesday - 828 running
    Wednesday - 544 running, 20min kettle bells & gardening
    Thursday - 484 running
    Friday - 278 walking
    Saturday - 517 walking & 30min kettle bells
    Sunday - 916 running & 20min kettle bells

    Total - 3892

    really enjoyed having a challenge to go at, it really motivated me to do an extra workout when I may have thought I'd leave it, thanks for this great post. I'll try again next week :-)

    With Fitbit adjustments my total is 4101 but I wanted to see what my treadmill burns add up to - looks like I need to up the mileage!

    So did not make 3500. I think I'm going to lower my goal next week and see if I can slowly ramp up the Jazzercise burn. I love it too much to not do it and I need the couple of days rest for the knees. Calories were recorded with HRM.

    Got to do this again! It was a great tool for me to be accountable. But I may need to lower my goal a bit next week. = / The heat here is soooo bad right now, its taking a toll on me.

    7688 calories this week...I got sick of the cardio machines so i bought a bike last Sunday, I rode it Monday/Sat/Sun...I really enjoy riding it around on the designated bike paths with no traffic. I will try the bike paths every weekend day for the foreseable future.
    Besides that, I do the elipitical and walk at the park...I'm really sick of being chubby.
