100 push up, 200 squat or 200 sit up challenge

IM gonna do this as well. I need to add some spice to my workouts because they get boring. I'd struggle with all these, but I'd like to give the pushups challenge a shot. I know off hand I can probably only do about 10 in my current state. I remember being able to do 25 in my hay-day and that ain't sayin much lol. Looking to definitely improve on that and will post results with a quote later. GOod luck to everyone0

This looks interesting, I will try tomorrow! I am also running or cycling 4 days/week and I do the butt bible 4 days/week. I hope this is not too much! Do you do all 3 programmes on the same day?0

Just did 200 sit-ups. So, should I continue with the program or just do 200 situps 3x a week?0

15 triceps dips
30 sit ups
30 squats
20 push ups
Please fill me in on how this works, Do we do this 3 times a week or everyday ? Mixing it up? or all of them every time?0 -

I did these programs awhile back, they're great! I'm so out of shape... here are my initials:
Pushups: 0 (any form... oh man...) "Rank 1"
Squats: 32 "average"
Sit-Ups: 19 "poor"
Oh man, that was bad. I think I'll skip the push up program and instead spend time in plank and do wall push-ups. I can't even do "girl" push-ups! Side note, I do squats daily, so... I guess that's why it's my best? Oh, and doing this at night, after I had already worked out a few hours ago DEFINITELY affected my scores!0 -

W1 D1 Pushups: 10-12-7-7-15= 51
W1 D1 sit ups: 15-18-10-10-20= 730 -
W1D1
Squats: 13-16-9-9-17
Sits-ups: 9-9-6-6-13
Knee Push-ups 6-6-4-4-5
Holy cow do I suck as push-ups! Even in the assisted position my arms are trembling after the first one. I'll keep doing what I can, but I don't think I'll be anywhere near 100 in 6 weeks.0 -
hmmm. I squat 135#, but just 5 sets of 5. Don't think I'd be doing 200 of them. Not necessary, really0

I stared my challenge today.
Week 1 Day 1 Pushups 8-8-4-4-6 for a total of 30
Week 1 Day 1 Squats 8-8-5-5-7 for a total of 33
I also decided to add in the Sit-ups. I did the initial test and I was able to do 33. I will start day one of the Sit-ups on Wednesday.
