Hello to all! Great to see some newbies here! Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. Went to a major league ball game and out to dinner with my hubby and father.
07/01 -- 4 glasses (I think, lost count). Included 1 cup coffee and 3 glasses flavored water.0 -
I'm in. I don't feel as good and my weight loss has slowed since my water intake took a dive. i am going to start by finding and downloading a water reminder app to my phone, filling up some water bottles and TRACKING water this month again
I also add lots of chilli to my meals (when appropriate) and it gets me drinking the water!
Thanks for the suggestions! A water app sound like a good plan, and spicy foods are always good to get one drinking more water. :drinker:0 -

July 2 -- 10 glasses (1 coffee, 3 plain water and 6 flavored water)0

OK. I'll try this. I definitely do not drink nearly enough water and I'm not convinced of its importance either. However, my weight loss has plateaued, so I want to see if drinking more can help.0

I love this!
I'm in.
Probably at 10 cups today.
I hate drinking water but I bought a mason jar and started slicing fruit to put into it and I can't stop drinking it.
It takes 2 minutes to slice some strawberries, cucumbers or lemons to dump into my water jug.
Sometimes I'll put some herbs too.
It's so refreshing yet doesn't have added sugar or anything else unhealthy!0 -
I'm in. I have a .75 l water bottle and my goal is to drink it dry by noon, then again by 4p, then again by 8p (about 9.5 cups of water all together). I've been doing it for the past few days and I feel really good! (peeing a lot though!)0
