5'4" 22 years old.
I have NEVER posted pictures on here before and am embarrassed that I even let myself get to 200 lbs! But I have been slowly losing weight for the past 2 years with better portion control (although frequent binges still that I need to control), more exercising including running, occasional swimming, and Jillian Michaels currently. I love looking at everyone's pictures on here so much that I could browse for hours. The top pictures are at about 215 and the bottom ones are around 150-155ish. I'm still hoping to lose 20 more to sit comfortable around 135.

Joined MFP in Dec 2011. Achieved thru 1200 healthy calories per day, cycling and Jillian Michael workouts 5 to 6x per week. I have a birth defect that affects the circulation and mobility in my right leg so I've never been an active person before. Many surgeries in the past so I had to modify workouts quite a bit not to further injure my leg, but I'm amazed at what I've been able to accomplish.0 -
5'4" and starting at over 200lbs. All of these success stories make me think I might could do it, too!0

GW: 150lbs (reached in Sept 2010)

Have been in maintenance since Sept 2010.
It CAN be done! Is it easy? No way. Is it worth it? Heck yes! Don't give up!0 -
