    My ankle is bothering me, so I am lowering my goal to 3000.

    I'm in! I joined a gym in late May, but I now go 6 days a week. At 6 a.m. I have lost 27 pounds and gone from a 4x to a 1x to 2x, depending on the material. Lol.

    Monday - 723 calories burned
    Tuesday - 565 calories burned
    Wednesday - 447 calories burned
    Thursday - 368 calories burned

    total - 2308....1200 to go.

    Mon: 821 cals burned (easports active on the wii)
    Tues: 669 cals burned (keep fit )
    Wed: 2261 calories burned (75 min workout on wii)(aerobics class)and 2 hours in the gym
    Thur: 1802 calories burned (at the gym doing 185 mins at aerobic/kickboxing/boxrobics all in one class.(i hurt after this one
    plus batterys died on my hrm
    Fri: 2156 calories burned (doing kickboxing then zumba then back to kicking)i is a good hurt
