    I know I have told you this before, but I wub you bunches! You have been an inspiration to me for a long time. When I start to lose hope and get frustrated I think about all that you have accomplished and I push forward. I put on my big girl panties and get over it. I want to be someone to be proud of too, and I will never get there sitting on the couch eating junk. I am already proud of how far I've come, and your inspiration has played a big part in that. Congratulations on your awesome transformation!

    WOW! Amazing, you are an inspiration man! Thanks for posting this! It's seeing success stories like this that keep pushing me to take the next step and for me that would be to actually start exercising and finding the friends like you have! I want to make that transformation. It's just plain Awesome what you have accomplished.

    Brett - you've been one i've looked up to and have been inspired by since i joined here. I was lucky enough to have you as one of my first friends. You talk about your friends being the best people ever, and with you on my list, i can safely say that is true for me as well. We don't interact a ton, but you're always there with a kind word when i really need it, or a wtg when i've done something i'm really proud of. you care about people. that's clear to anyone who knows you. and we're lucky to have you.

    as far as your transformation - YOU ROCK. i just wanna give ya a giant hug (and maybe grab your@ss too...)
