Hi group! I just joined this site, but I need some help and motivation to lose these pounds. Basically I was living outside the USA and had different lifestyle-while not always healthy- but one that had me very active and I lose some weight.. Now I have been back in the USA and I have gained some weight just by not eating healthy and being less active. One issue is I have a wedding in a month for a dress that fit about 10 pounds ago. I am trying to motivate myself to put down the yummy American food and stay in shape and find my routine here in my new city/lifestyle! Good luck everyone!0 -

Yay! 2.3 lbs lost this week! I know for sure that my weight from last week was probably due to salt & water but I'll take it! But this week, I need to be strict about my eating! The working out is easy, it's resisting temptation that I can't seem to always stick to.0 -

After 2 months of losing a fraction of a pound a week, at last I have lost at least one whole pound! Hooray! Now if I could figure out what was different this week, I could do more of that!0 -
