    Yay! 2.3 lbs lost this week! I know for sure that my weight from last week was probably due to salt & water but I'll take it! :smile: But this week, I need to be strict about my eating! The working out is easy, it's resisting temptation that I can't seem to always stick to.

    After 2 months of losing a fraction of a pound a week, at last I have lost at least one whole pound! Hooray! Now if I could figure out what was different this week, I could do more of that!
