The before pick was taken in December 25, 2011 (just to let you know that I reached even higher weight in mid January, a whooping 215 lbs) The after pick was taken recently this beginning of July.

196 in the first pic - 150 in the second. Eating way better than ever (if you look at my diary, don't judge me on anything since Thursday because I had a crazy fun filled weekend) and for exercise I have done: running; dancing; Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, 30 Day Shred, 6 Week 6 Pack, and Killer Buns and Thighs; weight lifting; and walking. It was really hard at first, but now I feel incredible and look forward to my workouts and enjoy healthier food.
