1 tablespoon Paul Newman's lite Italian and then spritzer squirts of Wegman's mango vinegar. Another is spritzer squirts of olive oil and squirts of raspberry vinegar.0

i love, love boathouse yogurt dressings. They are in the refrigerated section with the maries and bobs big boy fattening stuff. quite a few are only 30-45 calories for 2 tablespoons and they do not have preservatives and crap in them and they are super yummy. do not taste diet at all. i have tried so many, and these are the best by far. love the blue cheese, the salsa ranch and the vinaigrette.
i also love pear champagne from trader joes.0 -
another favorite: Rothschild farms wasabi raspberry mustard (10 calories per teaspoon) with a little bit of olive oil and a lot of balsamic vinegar.0

I really don't like too many salad dressings. I'm good with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Maybe grate some parmesan on top, too.0
-
I like to mix my own with EVOO, white balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, dash of white pepper and a hint of sea salt.0

I like making my own. Mine kind of play on the idea of using an acid, an herb, and an emulsifier. For a light take on Tex-Mex or Southwest style salads, I like Lime juice, cilantro, salt, pepper, a dash of cumin or coriander, and olive oil. I also like using vinegar (champagne wine or red wine), tarragon or oregano, and whole-grain dijon mustard. That formula seems to work for me.0

I use any dressing that I like that is low carb and has very little sugar. And really, a little goes a long way. Let's face it, if you're going to have a salad several times a week and stick with it, you need to have a dressing that actually tastes good. A trick I like to use is to have my dressing on the the side (no more than a couple of TBSP) dip your fork in the dressing and then get a fork full of salad. You have flavor with every bite and use very little dressing doing it!0

Ken's Steakhouse Raspberry Walnut vinaigrette0

I absolutely love Bolthouse Farms yogurt based dressings. 40 calories per 2 tbsp and they are delish! You can find them in the fresh produce isle. There are close to a half dozen different flavors.0

I like to make my own with dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, salt and EVOO. Sometimes I add smoked paprika and granulated garlic for a kick.0

I've been hooked on Ken's low-fat Asian Sesame dressing.0

Apple cider vinegar. Only 2 cals per TBSP!
This I have found works best I love it!0 -
No bottle dressings at all.
Either make my own with olive oil, balsamic vinegar (or other type), dijon mustard, salt, pepper
BUT I have found that I much prefer ONLY Extra Virgin Olive Oil and salt/pepper. I taste the veggies better and it makes it rich. About 1-2 tablespoons depending if it is a small or large salad.0 -
extra virgin olive oil and vinegar (apple cider, rice, plain ole white, balsamic). for a real special treat i have chocolate balsamic but that's only for special special occasions since the bottle cost $200
