            I really struggled with push ups today - had to drop from column 2 to column 1 half way through ... I just started level 3 of JM 30 Day shred today and I think that sapped all the strength out of me :yawn:

 110 stomach crunches - consecutive, tho I gotta say, didn't hold the full two seconds by around the 95 mark...

 You're supposed to be doing a lot more than this, actually. for instance, let's say that you were able to do somewhere between 0 - 5 pushups in your test. Then,
 Week 1
 Day 1: 2,3,2,2,max (at least 3) - 2 push ups, rest 60 seconds or more as needed, then 3, then rest, then 2, etc.
 Day 2: 3,4,2,3,max (at least 4)
 Day 3: 4,5,4,4,max (at least 5)
 That's supposed to be the progression.

 Day 1: 10, 12, 7, 7, 15
 Day 2: 10, 12, 8, 8, 15 (this was HARD, and came after my yoga session)0
