8 weeks on Friday and 24lbs so far with just adjusting my diet. My schedule eases up a little now so this week I will start to add exercise in to the mix and see what happens.
Good luck!0 -
29 lbs in 7 months.
Slow and steady wins the race!0 -
In 4 months time I lost 18 pounds. Then I checked out of MFP for about 2 months. Although I did maintain, I did not lose anymore. But now, after being back on MFP for the last 2 weeks, I broke my plateau and am down another pound. Six pounds away from my goal. I only weigh once a week but I also honor the measurements as well.0

WOW! I never thought I would get so much awesome feedback, its so motivational to see how much hard work and dedication you guys put in and stick with it (even if you arnt losing it as fast as you want!) I have a very curvy body figure and I've always thought that being "bigger" was just something I was going to have to deal with, but seeing everyones progress really helps me stop feeling so sorry for myself and wanting to get out there and show myself how amazing my body CAN look :P
Thanks everyone!0 -

started 3/1/12 with my weight loss. i know i weighed 210 1/4/12, and i've weighed that a LONG time.
as of this AM, i am down 34.4.pounds. so that's 4.5 months roughly.
180 hung around like a bad habit for what seemed like forever. but i took a 2 week vacation, and bumped up my calories to just losing 0.5 calories a week. now that i'm back to working out, it seems to be falling off again!0 -

Started January 2012 and down 32 pounds....not impressive like most of you, but I'm not great at this dieting thing.
I have managed to make exercising a habit, which is a solid "win" for me though.0 -
Starting weight: 235lbs
Current weight: 176lbs
Goal weight: 145 - 150lbs
I started August 10 , 2010. Yeah, it's been coming off slowly... but I'm a full-time university student and I work part-time. Besides, I think I'm better off for taking my time with the weight loss, because if I do have a period where I'm "off the wagon" so to speak, I have never gained more than 5 pounds back at a time and I've always lost it again.0 -
So far I've lost 67lbs.
Time: 2.5 years
I am not dieting. I am not restricting. I am learning to have a healthy relationship with food.0
