You sure about that? Try telling that to the thousands of inmates that build phenomenal prison bodies eating only three times a day. I myself typically eat 3 times a day, doesn't seem to be hindering my progress.

Your body isn't aware of what time it is,time is a human concept.If 6 meals a day works for you,that's great! If 3 meals a day works for you,that's great too! Everyone is different and weight loss is as individual as the person as long as you hit your macros/cals/whatever else,then that's all that matters.0

Huh? My grandmother was stick thin her whole life and only ever ate 3 means a day - never snacked, EVER. She also lived to 91. It's junk food and portion sizes that make people fat, not when they eat.0

I'd say the only way eating several small meals a day is really helpful is just so you dont fill yourself up and have that "full" feeling and also so you dont feel like your starving and then just end up binge eating.0 -

Different methods fit different people. At the end of the day the way you eat has to fit in with your lifestyle or it's not going to be a long term solution for your weight loss goals.0
