Iron RDA question
I wonder, is it ok to occasionally go over the Iron RDA? I accidently went over already (grabbed the wrong vitamins) and ended up at 120% over the RDA today according to MFP (should be about 22mg of iron I am guessing.) Should I be worried and or avoid any other foods with Iron in it?
