Can't lift
I can't lift at the moment due to tendonitis in my shoulder after a fall off my bike. Hi, So I just adjusted my MFP to my TDEE and reset the carbs, protein and fat to 40, 30, 30. But I am wondering about consuming that much protein. Need help from BM users
So, I've been using the BM core for 4 weeks now, but have stayed with the Scooby numbers during that time. I'm still doing the reset (week 9 now), but want to know from experienced users: is it better to use an average over X amount of weeks OR eat previous day's TDEE?

DAYS VS HOURS ACTIVITY LEVEL
When figuring out your activity level….do you go by hours or days per week? I am currently working out 5 days a week and it adds up to 3 hours a week, slightly under or slightly over….depending. I work at a desk job. I am just not sure what I should consider my activity level. Michelle

Its been more than 2 months, not losing weight

Any suggestions for fats?
I am trying to keep the 40/30/30 ratio but the one I have the most problem with ironically is fat ;) I don't like salad dressings. I don't eat mayo or cheese (hate it). I occasionally cook with some olive oil but that's not enough. I will eat an avacado from time to time... but I really need something new! Ideas?
