Eating while prepping meals?
Does anyone else have this issue? I frequently make 'overnight oats' - so I mix rolled oats, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds, and let it sit overnight. weight gain at first
ANYone else gain when they first increased cals? For over a year i was doing 900 to 1000 (medifast). Plateued (sp?) big time .
