Cut Percentages
In reading many of the posts and articles here, it is widely recommended to do a 15% cut off TDEE. I'm curious as to why a 20% cut is not used (its an option on the Scooby calculator). Is there any point at which you should change the cut percentage? Thanks for the help! :)

Reset wk 5, gained 8, recalc TDEE?
