Looking to lower my cardio
Currently I lift 3x's a week for about 30 min but that includes rests so its more like 20 min of actual work out. I do HIIT atleast 3 times per week for about an hour or so, and sometimes I'll do a 4th day if I am feeling it. How many days a week do you workout?
What's your weekly workout schedule look like? I usually go 6 days a week alternating between cardio and strength. Been feeling ultra burned out so I'm thinking hard about adding 1 more rest day in to the mix.
