Working with my Fit Bit
So I have had my Fit bit for 3 weeks now. My average it tells me calories burned is around 1700-1800 Scooby tells me :) I'm 162 5"2 40 years old I work at a desk most of the time but I am trying as hard as I can to get 5000-7000 steps in a day via the FitBit BMR 1457 TDEE 2003 TDEE -15% 1702 So do I need to adjust anything?

how does one know if they need a reset? I had been eating 1200-1400 calories which was before my bmr of 15something. I had only been doing that for 30 days. The first 14 days I lost nothing. Weekly I use to have a 7000 cal deficit so I could lose 2 lbs...always at first I would lose the 2 lb then after couple weeks it would stop...and I would start gaining.
