I put my info into the scooby calulator. With a 20% reduction with tdee it is saying 1507 but my bmr is 1570. Basic to mantain tdee is 1884... well i got pointed to this group since i just can't seem to lose weight. I have around 35-45 more pounds to lose. So I'm going to do the TDEE- 15% and see what happens. anyone lose that much weight or more doing EM2WL and how long did it take you? i am really lacking motivation right now.

So once I have my TDEE--
Am I trying as hard as I can to eat exactly that amount daily? Like I'm at 2000 per day. I have my day scheduled out and I'm around 150 calories short (rest day so no exercise today). Should I try hard to eat those remaining 150 or is it cool to be a little under on rest days? Thanks guys!

In your honest opinion what is more important; making sure you net your BMR every day or listening to what you body is telling you.
