does 6months of eating below bmr require reset?
I am trying to help a friend, I would guess her bmr to be around 2050 (I am getting actual numbers). She has been eating at 1500 for about 6 months, no loss. No previous vlcd. Do you think a reset is necessary in her case, or can I advise her to start at 15% cut?

not making TDEE cut on workout days??
Ok, so I calculated my TDEE based on working out 3-5 days per week and I got 2130 cals per day with -15%. My BMR is 1609 so that is over 500 cals that I am eating based on my workouts. Ok so i have done my tdee and have been eating 1679 calories for a while now, I am still losing but it says that i have to redo it ater losing 5 pounds? UMMMM if i do that it wants me to eat over 2000. So should i up it or stay where i am? Have you upped yours?
