It's only 5 pm
and the FitBit already reads 2215 cals. :noway: I am wearing it for the first full day and it was not even a very active day... I am eating at TDEE 2400 at the moment but I might have to up my cals. Will see how the day ends and how the next days to come will be

Reset and Macros?
Dumb question, but....... I am debating on whether or not my body needs the reset. Is it necessary to reach my macros every day during the reset? That's A LOT of protein. Thanks in advance for your advice :smile:

burnt out - can't do it anymore

Just a thought...others opinions appreciated
will it hurt your body to once every couple weeks throw in a lower cal day. for example if I normally Eat 2000 calories but then once in a while throw in a 1400 calorie day since my body would be used to getting 2000 would it keep burning High since it would be used to more as long as I don't do that often?
