8 wks w/a bodybugg & gained 7.5lbs! Not good.
Saw a friend at the store tonite, she asked me how my bodybugg thing was going, I told her about EMTWL. ..told her I've gained 7.5 lbs... Felt kinda dumb. Wondering how long I can keep up with this eating all the time scale getting higher & higher. Maybe it's not for everyone.

First meeting with trainer
Phew! Did my first workout with trainer. 3x13 dumbbell rows with 40lbs. Wowzers! Then alternated 400 meters of rowing with 55 lb snatch squats. 3x12 of those. I'm gonna die tomorrow! I get a full report from him this weekend. I'm excited! I lifted!! I lifted!! Haha!

Increasing calories after many years of too little
Can someone share their experience with this? How long did it take until your metabolism started moving along again? How much did you initially gain? Were you able to eat like others or is your metabolism still a bit lower than normal? Would love to hear some how others did this.
