I don't understand....

Different BMR formulas?
Using the fat2fitradio calculators, I came up with a BMR of 1735 for the Harris-Benedict formula and 1460 for the Katch-McArdle formula. The KM one says it is more accurate if body fat % is known. Using the body fat calculator based on neck, hip and waist measurements my BF% is 46. I know that is not as accurate as being…

Too frustrated to continue
I just mapped my weight (and I'd do the same with my measurments if I had them handy...) and in 27 days I've gone up 11lbs. I tracked my food calories for the day burned 112 exersize calories. my bmr was 1,310 and my net is 1,449 so I am okay and don't have to eat my exersize calories back right? I set my macros to 40/30/30 and my 15% cut value to 1,726 calories. my cut value is 15%.
