This is getting ridiculous - new workout routine!
So my new workout routine seems to be Power Walk - 40 minutes - ~360 calories Weight Lifting - 20 minutes - ~180 calories and then I seem to add this in every time: Checking self out in mirror - 10 minutes - ? Calories This is getting redonkulous lol

Do you still eat cut val on rest days?
Am I supposed to keep my calories consistent, even on rest days or just stick to BMR on those days? Im 175 and am in the gym 4-6 days a week, 1hr each time.
