So in order to do this, scooby has me eating 1933 daily to lose fat, gain muscle at moderate activity. I want to make sure I understand this properly (again)---- I set my daily calories at 1933 here on MFP and I do NOT eat back exercise calories unless I'm netting under 1247 which is my BMR. 30% protein, 2600 cals. Can't do it
Seriously, I just can't eat 170 g of protein. Yes, I use whey supplements. Yes, I eat a lot of meat, fage yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese, nut butters. Carb Help
I keep going over on carbs and I don't know how to stop it. Almost all of my "protein packed" foods contain a decent amount of carbs. How do I avoid this? I've been trying to do 30% carbs, 35% fats, 35% protein. Any words of wisdom? Thank you!

First pound lost since starting EM2WL!!
Of the 3 pounds I gained on Reset, I lost 1 pound, finally!! *happy dance* After 14 weeks on Reset and 2 weeks of a 10% cut (with plenty of days going waaaay over even in those 2 weeks)..the scales have finally budged! Just wanted to let you all know! I'm totally motivated again! :D

Having trouble setting a calorie goal.
So since my BMR is 1400 and my TDEE is 2100. I workout 5 times a week burning 400 calories. Now if I set my calorie goal to TDEE - 20% it is 1680.
