Have you tried the stair climber? It'll tone your legs and butt. Trust me you'll feel it after like 5min...lol Also, check out this routine in Fitness Magazine: http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/thighs/exercises/hot-legs-exercises/?page=1 It's not cardio, but something you can do at home with no gym equipment to tone…

That happened to me a couple of months ago. OMG it was so painful!!! I did some swimming and biking during that time. Yes surprisingly the biking didn't hurt, because you don't sit right on your tailbone...just the getting on and off was a little tricky.

Wow! That is awesome! Congratulations to loosing the lbs. You're definitely a motivation to the rest of us!!! :drinker:

I have my food diary split into 4 hour increments: 4am, 8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm, 12am This lets me keep track of when through out the day I eat most of my calories.

I started out like you also. It took me forever to get motivated. I did start with lowering my calorie intake...that was hard, but I did it by eating half of what I usually would and then if I got hungry I would drink a cup of water and then eat a fruit for a snack. Is there a way that you can take a walk during your lunch…

Hi There! I don't have any of that stuff either. I go jogging 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Then on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I do push-ups, sit-ups, and squats. Check out these links, they've helped me out tremendously!!! http://hundredpushups.com/ http://www.twohundredsitups.com/…

That's a great plan! That's what I always used to do at my old job. I'd go to the gym or go walking for 30 min then I'd still have like 30 min to shower and eat. Now I do my exercise in the morning once I get to work. I just leave the house an hour earlier, since I don't have that much time for my lunch anymore... I'm the…

I'm right there with you! This weekend was bad. I ate way too much junk food! :grumble: It's ok though, it's a new day, and I'll make up for it this week. Just hang in there and stick to your calories and exercise this week! You can do it!!! :flowerforyou: Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Food Diary

Hi  Yes it's definitely frustrating! :grumble: I used to be the same way. I'd go really strong on a diet and then after a while I would loose my motivation. What helped me to stick to it is to stop thinking of it as a diet! It takes a while to change the mind set. I convinced myself that I didn't care how much and…
