There are a few groups dedicated to 5:2 and intermittent fasting, I would check there.

Unfortunately you can't spot reduce, your best bet is to lower your body fat and eventually it will come off of your trouble zones.

I'm 25 and 5'5'', I have about 15lbs to go, I've lost 26 so far. I'm kind of in the middle stages of the 40lbs I guess :) Good luck! We can do it!

I'm cutting out all my cheat days for the rest of this month (I know only 2 weeks...but that's 4 cheat days!). Next month I'm going to try and cut my cheat days in half. So I'm in it with you! Good luck!

30 Day Shred, there are tons of forum posts on here showing pretty quick results, plus you can do the workout for free via youtube

I'm officially youtubing this now!

You took a bite of it? I just use it with cooking, I use it instead of Pam when I'm frying things mostly. Normally when I'm cooking with it I can hardly, if at all, taste it in the finished product. I also use it on my hair and on my skin.

If you can spare the money then go for it! Plus jeans last forever so it's an investment really

I've heard that if you start suddenly drinking much more water than your body is used to then your liver starts to do certain liver detoxifying magical body stuff....sorry not a doctor! Anyway as it does it's stuff it can detox through the skin, which can cause breakouts. If that's the case then I've heard it's temporary…

I agree. You could probably eat more that that. I'm shorter than you, 5'5 and 145lbs, and I eat between 1400-1600.

You've only been dieting for 2 weeks and are worried about not seeing results? Patience. Also, many people have had success with TDEE-% and there are countless threads on here if you search for them

I go over on sugar sometimes too, because I love fruit! I wouldn't worry about it. I would be careful on salt though, I try to never go over 2000 on salt, If I do it's usually because of eating out - oops

Cool list! I do number 8 :flowerforyou:

I try and drink between 1-2 liters a day, sometimes more and sometimes less, usually only less if I have diet soda or crystal lite

I love pickled eggs, we used to make them all the time when I was little! I've never tried store bought ones though...

Sounds like a good idea!

I'm so sorry :( Don't let it define how you feel about yourself, you are still a wonderful person and this is just a bump in the road :) It's import to take time and grieve the loss of a relationship; however, a sure fire way to feel better and back to normal is to take care of yourself by sticking with your lifestyle…

These sound so good! I wonder if they would be good with PB2....

Why have I not made cookies with it yet?? Such a great idea! I like it mixed with almond milk, I have it with bananas and apples. It doesn't taste like real peanut butter really...but it's still good and it does taste like peanuts. I would recommend trying it! I found it at Fred Meyer's and I believe it was about $4.50 or…

Oh and sometimes I just sprinkle some onto my salads.

I'm not a good cook so I will probably have the simplest and maybe the most average way :P But I cook the lentils how it says on the bag (boil for like 20 minute?) Then I cook two eggs sunny side up and mix them up with a serving of lentils for breakfast. It's pretty good, but I love eggs when the yoke is all gooey haha

I loooove their delite pizzas, I usually go for the Herb Chicken Med, and my fiance gets pepperoni and pineapple on the other half. Papa Murphy's is the best!
-
...then have pizza? Certain foods aren't evil, have a slice if you want one, there's no sense in feeling deprived!

What did you put for your activity level when you calculated your TDEE? I would think you would need to categorize yourself as at least lightly active... if not moderately active, especially if you are planning on working out 4 times a week. Also, you can use this: http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ if you…

I quit drinking regular soda and switched to diet and carbonated flavored waters, but on June 1st I pretty much cut those out too (My goal for June is 90% of my hydration will come from water! I couldn't decide if artificial sweeteners were really bad for us so I decided to cut them out for the most part anyway - can't…

On days when you aren't drinking water or are dehydrated do you feel like you are hungry often? Sometimes when we are in fact thirsty our body tells us that we are hungry (whether we are or are not) because we respond quicker to hunger ques than to thirst ques. Maybe by drinking more water or drinking lots of water your…

Try not to stress, you can do it! Everyone slips up sometimes, don't worry about today. Plus you didn't drink the Dr. Pepper :) Good luck this weekend, be happy to see your family, not worried about the food. You can do it!

This is pretty good advice! Brushing your teeth does work, I've done that before, many years ago though.

This, plus being able to run around and hoop in a bikini and feel (and look!) fabulous <3
