  • Welcome!! I will friend you now! :)
  • Congratulations!! Keep up the good work!! You can do it!
  • I always weigh more at the doctors and NO I wouldn't record it. All scales are different and if you go by their scale it may show a gain that didn't really happen.. On a side note I think doctors buy special scales that tell people they are heavy on purpose lol
  • You aren't alone I think we all struggle with the up and down's because we are women! Try and focus on your big goal and ask yourself when you are reachiing in for a handful of candy "Is this going to push me closer to my goal or further away?" Remember that craving will only last a short time and resisting it is…
  • Good Luck! I love to help people with motivation and fitness-I will add you now!
  • Wow! Thanks for sharing! I love mac and cheese!
  • It usually implies jumping to some degree or even just a bouncing motion when you move.. It's a higher intensity workout.. Running is high impact, TurboFire is REALLY high impact.. Anything where your really getting your heart rate up there..Kinda hard to put into words now that I think about it! lol

  • I like first thing in the morning because I feel like anything I put in my body( h2o, coffee, food) will make the number I see inaccurate. So every week at the same roundabout time with nothing in my stomach seems to be the most consistent:smile:
  • Try not to get frustated with weight fluctuations. A lot can play a part in why the scale seems to not show the effort we are putting in.. Hormones play a huge part and if for some reason you are retaining water becuase of those hormones or a food you may have eaten. It's normal for your body to go up and down 2 or 3 lbs…
  • I bet if you cut your calories back to 1200-1300 a day you'd notice the extra lbs. will start coming off! I always tell people I coach to listen to their bodies and really pay attention to when you are hungry and when you aren't. If you drink a lot of water you won't get those false hunger pangs and you will feel fuller. I…
  • They may have noticed but aren't saying anything for fear of offending you.. I know a couple of people who get offended when others comment on their weight loss because to them it means people think there's weight to be lost. I'm sure you look great and don't let this discourage you!
  • I did the advanced 20 week TurboFire program and it's amazing! All of the essential components are present for a complete workout. Strength, flexibility and cardio complete!! I swear by this program and it put me in the most amazing shape I've ever been in.. Good luck! Oh by the way P90X2 is due to launch soon!!
  • Welcome!! I love to motivate so I will add you on!! Sending many blessings for your journey!
  • First.. Smile!! You are beautiful and you are worth it!! Second.. Remember FOOD IS FUEL NOT YOUR ENEMY! Make sure you don't eat less than MFP has alloted you because your body could slip into starvation mode and or slow your weight loss.. Eating less is not the answer-- The right food feeds your metabolism and helps you…
  • Welcome aboard!! Good luck on your journey! I am a fitness coach and motivator if you need help feel free to add me!

  • How old are you children? I had 2 c sections 16 mos apart and I have a little bit of skin, but because I have strengthened my core I feel it's not as bad.. I've learned you can't tone sagging skin and surgery is the only way to get rid of it unfortunately.. If your kids are young give yourself a chance to tone up and you…

  • Welcome!! God bless you!!
  • I hate diets that are restricted.. If someone says I can't have bread that will be all I will want!! I have had great sucess by learning how to eat balanced and reasonable meals without telling myself I can't have something.. I love sweets so it's nice to be able to make room for them so I don't feel deprived.. Have a…
  • I think you have a great attitude and by the sounds of it, if you decide to have the surgery it will be for the right reasons! You made the statement "I don't know if I can stay on a 1200 calorie diet forever" but wouldn't you be restricted even more than that if you had the surgery??1200 calories is tough but at least you…
  • In research I've done they say the elasticity of your skin is genetic.. As you tone up the underneath it will make the skin look better on the outside but you can't tone loose skin.. I was really worried about this before I had children and after the c section birth of both of my boys (who are 16 mos apart) I have some…
  • Your weekend may be sabotaging your whole week. I have had this problem many many times and unfortunately it doesn't take a whole lot of careless eating to get rid of your calorie defecit. I would try sticking through it on the weekends and see if that helps.. Good luck!
  • Welcome aboard! Take it one day at a time!! If you need motivation feel free to add me as a friend:laugh:

  • I do!! I find on my rest days I want to eat like crazy! Try drinking more water and make sure you're eating enough calories.. If you are really hungry and not bored you may need to up your caloric intake a bit. Hope this helps! Have a great day!!
  • I don't know what kind you are drinking but I know decaf herbal tea is counted as water
  • I wouldn't think that's normal. It sounds like it's an acute burning in just one area, so hopefully you don't have an injury.. Try staying off it for a week or so and see if that helps.. I hope you feel better soon!! It stinks being on the DL I'm there a lot!:grumble:
  • I find it's easier to resist temptation if I have an alternative.. Always have a go to snack or something you can grab that's healthy so you don't fall off the wagon.. Remember those cravings will only satisfy you for a moment where if you resist them the payoff is way better.. You could always have a cheat day once in…
