  • Five feet, target around 1500, but usually eat less. Walk 2 hours a day five days a week, sometimes an extra few hours of walking on weekends with hubby. Also do circuit training a few days a week. Working for me so far.
  • I had a crush on the bartender at my favorite bar before I met my hubby. I actually worked up the nerve to tell him I liked him. Turns out he was married with kids. But he was always nice to me afterwards. It was embarrassing, but probably worth the free drinks I used to get from him.

  • My very first car, a '98 Corolla. Thanks UPS man for sideswiping it as it sat helpless parked on the street and sending it to the junkyard. Just sold my second '98 Corolla to buy a new Honda Fit. I miss my Corollas :sad:

  • Usually an HRM is all you need. I have the BodyMedia Fit Core and I wear it all day every day, minus my time in the shower. It lets me know how many calories I burn every day, and therefore how many calories I should eat. I love it. Plus, it tracks steps taken and sleep. Really nifty. Good luck!

  • Have BodyMedia Fit Core. Worth every penny (cheaper from Costco). Love knowing what I'm burning all day. Makes me so much more self aware, and easier to calculate the calories I need to eat.
